Staff Physician

Lee County Cooperative Clinic, Marianna, AR is seeking a Staff Physician. The position is under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).  The qualified applicant will diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the

general population.                             


Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to being a medical doctor, must have 5-10

years professional experience within a community health center, five (5) years of clinical

practice experience beyond residency training, prior experience working in a medically under-

served area preferred, and two (2) years prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor, Medical

Director or in a position requiring supervision over physicians and/or mid-level practitioners in a

group practice setting.

Dental Director

Lee County Cooperative Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, Marianna, AR is seeking a Dental Director (Dentist).  The position is under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer.  The Dental Director will be responsible for Diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures. May treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting the vitality of teeth. 


Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited dental school; Must have Arkansas dental license; Professional clinical dental experience in practicing dentistry preferred; Interest in design and evaluation of efficiency  of a dental program in a community health center setting; Willingness to work evenings and/ or weekends; Authoritative knowledge of the practice and techniques of dentistry as general practitioner in a community health center is highly desirable; and FTCA coverage or private professional malpractice insurance obtainable.

Finance Director

Lee County Cooperative Clinic, Marianna, AR is seeking a Finance Director.  The

position is under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  The qualified

applicant is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the financial

department including the development/ administration of accounting and financial policies on finance, accounting, insurance, internal controls, budget, auditing, payroll, benefits, and claims

processing.

                                               

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. Master degree in finance preferred.  Minimum of five years of fiscal management experience including three years in a health care organization. Certificate/License: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred.

Pharmacy Technician

Lee County Cooperative Clinic, Marianna, AR is seeking a Pharmacy Technician.  The

position is under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist.  The qualified applicant will prepare

medications under the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, and count out, label, and

record amounts and dosages of medications.

 

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to having a minimum of a high school diploma and experience commensurate to the responsibilities; associate degree preferred.
