Staff Physician​

Requires an MD or DO degree from an accredited school and a valid state license to practice. Examines and treats members of family, regardless of age or sex. Ensures proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary.

Dental Director​

Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures.  May treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.  Qualifications including graduate from an accredited dental school, must have an Arkansas dental license and professional clinical dental experience in practicing dentistry preferred.

Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

The qualified applicant will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. Applicant must possess current and valid license from the State Board of Nursing for Advanced Nursing Practice. Be officially accredited to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and meet all state requirements and obtain valid Prescriptive Authority. Prior experience working in a medically underserved area preferred.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

 

Provides clinical social work services to patients and their families. Provide a range of psychological assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for patients. Qualifications:  Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); must be fully licensed in the state of Arkansas. 2 years post-licensure and experience working in the medical setting preferred.

 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients. Qualifications to include licensure by the Arkansas State Nursing Board as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with ACA 17-87-304.

Medical Assistant (MA)

Perform administrative and clinical duties related to medical operations. Be instrumental in helping patients feel at ease in the physician’s office and often explain the physician's instructions. CMA (AAMA) certified or have an associate/bachelor’s degree in a related field. One year experience, preferred.
