Olly Neal Community Health Center  has an Outreach Enrollment Assister Guide (OEA) to assist the public in enrolling into affordable healthcare coverage. The OEA provides assistance with the online enrollment application through the Marketplace and Access Arkansas/Insure Arkansas and provides insurance education. The OEA is located at or Marianna location, but also assists patients at our satellite locations by appointment. The OEA can also participate in events held within or service areas of Lee, St. Francis, and Phillips Counties.

 

One of the main reasons to enroll in Affordable Health Care is to save your life! Many people go through life suffering because they cannot afford to go to the doctor. There is no need to suffer now. Arkansas participates in the Private Option Plan, also known as Medicaid Expansion. Those who normally would not be able to qualify for Medicaid may qualify for a private option plan if they meet certain requirements.
